Introduction
Lauren was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. She began her college education at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, before returning home to attend the University of Montana. There, she was accepted into the Davidson Honors College and earned a B.A. in English Literature. She went on to graduate from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana.
During law school, Lauren gained experience in both private practice and federal court, working as a legal intern at Cotner Blackford Law and serving as a clinical intern for the Honorable Kathleen DeSoto, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Montana. She was also actively involved in the Student Bar Association and Women’s Law Caucus, and provided pro bono services through CASA of Missoula.
Lauren practices in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters. She is a member of the State Bar of Montana and the Western Montana Bar Association, and serves on the board of the Western Montana Estate Planning Committee.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and exploring Montana’s outdoors. She also enjoys attending Griz games and spending summer weekends at Flathead Lake.
