Brian T. Geer

Brian was raised in Missoula, Montana, and graduated from Loyola Sacred Heart High School. He attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Environmental Studies and Classical Studies in 2011. After college, Brian worked as a youth minister, both on mission trips across the United States and as the Campus Ministry Coordinator at Montana State University.

Outside of his law practice, Brian enjoys traveling the state with his wife, daughter, and dogs, reading, and watching classic movies
Legal Career
Brian graduated from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, where he was an editor of the Montana Law Review and competitor on the school’s National Trial Team. Afterward, Brian clerked for United States Magistrate Judge John T. Johnston for the District of Montana, Great Falls Division.

Brian has worked for multiple law firms with a variety of legal expertise. He specializes in civil litigation, focusing on contract law, insurance defense, employment law, and other general commercial litigation. He is also experienced in representing creditors and the Chapter 7 Trustee in bankruptcy cases.
